About Dr. Priya Khorana
Dr. Priya’s academic journey began alongside her athletic career which started during her high-school years in Bangkok. She was the Women’s Basketball captain and School Female Athlete of the year. Her interest in sports and exercises sparked her curiosity in Nutrition and incorporating a healthy lifestyle into her and her family’s daily routine which led to her working all the way towards a Doctorate from Columbia University in Nutrition Education.
Dr. Priya has worked with diverse populations and her expertise ranges from weight loss, chronic disease management (diabetes, heart disease), digestive issues and sport/training-specific nutrition education. She is a firm believer that encouraging a healthy balanced lifestyle starts with adopting a nutritious wholesome diet and adding in any exercise that makes you happy. The key to Dr. Khorana’s approach is to bring hope and a desire to better oneself; changing old patterns and breaking unhealthy habits. She offers personalized diet advice based on your goals and needs, putting a meal plan together to encourage a happier and healthier YOU.
